The objective is to provide presently lacking urban infrastructure and services to the present population, enterprises and institutions, and to support and enhance the existing development potential of the town. An institutional and global physical development vision has been developed for implementation under Urban Governance Infrastructure Improvement Project (UGIIP). In addition, mapping, an infrastructure inventory and a drainage master have been prepared under UGIIP. These physical development tools will provide more details in the near future, in substantiating the global physical development vision, detailed herein.llll
